Finally some scientific proof that forcing people to wear bicycle helmets is nonsense. My talk all the time., but yeah, regulators just love to regulate. And then they feel good because they did their share. It would be much better for biker’s health to force the car drivers to stick to the rules, in particular here in the Philippines. Start with the Jeepney drivers with SUV drivers next.
