Almost exactly one year after buying the bike i finally got a “temporary” license plate. 
And only after i went to the Rusi Shop many times, then lost my temper four weeks ago, shouted at the sales lady in a culturally very insensitive way, threatened to return the bike and visit my lawyer the next week to get mey money back.
Congratulations to everybody involved in the process for a highly efficient and effective operation that was so extremely difficult to accomplish. A job well done!
