Our first real music machine

As teenager I joined forces with my brother and we bought this Tape Machine. It had so much better quality than cassette players. When listening with a head phone, since the built-in mono speaker was crap. It had this cool function that you could record something on one track, then record the next track while listening to the previously recorded one and copy that over the first track, and so on, so you could do record many channels once after the other, without having a multi track machine. Of course the quality in this mode deteriorated a bit with each additional recording.

With our friends we did many several audio dramas, usually about the wild west.

That thing was cool, in those days.
