Magayon II, Lake Taal

Sailing with the Uni Hohenheim group, right after coming back from Vietnam

Paulaner wheat beer, German red sausages and Bärlauch Sausages and some deep philosophical discussions on Saturday evening.

The outboard motor is still for repair, so we were running the risk that we would get stuck in the middle of the lake without wind, but Freyr was good to us and we had good wind the entire Sunday. We started with the first reef in the main, but quickly took it out.

Up to five knots, few waves, sunshine most of the day, and a short swimming break during a brief dead calm.

Anchoring took two attempts, so the boys had a lot of work to do pulling up the rope and chain.

Nice weather and nice company.
