Modernizing Agriculture in Philippines

Every time I am interviewed I get frustrated with the outcome. I have all these great messages, and only the simplest and usually least important make it. I was trying to make the point that we need more efforts to facilitate multi stakeholder platforms to link the public and private sectors for transferring the new technologies to farmers. Too complicated for news I guess.
